About

Hi. My name is Justin. My background is in software engineering. In approximately 2012 a food intolerance started causing havoc in my life and it took me a long time to diagnose the problem—and it was me that figured out out, not the several doctors I went to.

In the meantime I have listened to thousands of hours of health-related podcasts by scientists, doctors, and alternative health practitioners. I take notes and sometimes I have epiphanies. I’d like to do something with that knowledge. It occurred to me that if I made these notes public, people may find them on search engines and find them helpful. I will endeavor to provide you interesting truthful things about health and spare you from the sea of utter nonsense that is out there.

Here are my personal notes provided as-is. Over time this site may evolve and become more robust. It is also possible that this site will function more like a tiny indexed wiki rather than a web blog. Whatever works, works.

I wish you, the reader, all the best.

Justin
